  • As early as possible — ideally during the preliminary study or the initial project phase. This is when system choice, space requirements, riser zones and temperature levels are decided, shaping investment and operating costs for decades to come.

  • Needs assessment, concept and variant studies, design and engineering, construction and execution planning, discipline coordination, cost estimation, tendering, quotation review, and site supervision through to commissioning — individual phases or the full engineering scope, depending on the mandate.

  • Yes, and we do so with an open, technology-neutral approach. Heat pump, district heating, wood, gas or hybrid systems are compared based on heat demand, distribution system, space constraints and lifecycle cost. We don't recommend any technology by default and are manufacturer-independent.

  • Floor plans and sections (PDF, DWG or DXF) are helpful, along with the building's construction year, use, existing system descriptions and recent consumption data. For an initial assessment, a short project description is often enough.

  • We will respond to your project enquiry within 72 hours — with an initial assessment of scope and approach. The first conversation, an on-site survey and preparing an offer are free of charge and non-binding.
